Warter C.E. Primary School is an aspirational school serving the children and families within a popular rural community. We are inclusive, open, friendly and focussed on all of our children receiving the very best education.
Warter is an idyllic rural Wolds village, however, the reputation of its school ensures our children also travel from outside the catchment area and at present we have 157 pupils within our nursery to year six provision. At its last monitoring inspection in 2013, the school was rated ‘outstanding’ by OFSTED in all areas. In March 2018, the school received an outstanding judgement in all areas following its SIAMs inspection.
As a school, we are committed to our children's wellbeing and progress, their academic achievement, personal development and their contribution to our Christian community. We have strong and integrated Christian values that underpin everything we do and therefore we are seeking a new Headteacher who will embody these values and build on our strengths.
The school is seeking a strong leader and team player who will build on the firm foundations our present Headteacher and Warter team have developed, to ensure the school continues to work towards its ambitions for excellence and success at every level.
