About you
We are looking to appoint an inspirational Headteacher. The successful candidate will be able to create a positive and outstanding learning environment through their vision and leadership, helping to deliver the highest standard of education to pupils by supporting and developing teachers and staff and ensuring a vibrant, safe and successful school environment. You will also aspire to enhance the life chances and quality of education for our pupils.
The Role
Willow Primary Academy is a mainstream primary Academy with an attached specialist provision, The Piper Centre. The Headteacher will provide the Academy with vision, ambition, leadership and direction, in conjunction with nurturing and developing staff, ensuring it continues to develop and remain a beacon of excellence in Gloucester.

Willow Primary Academy is part of the SAND Academies Trust and is based in Gloucester. To ensure the Academy to continues to thrive, the successful candidate will need to work closely with and within the community.
