At Endeavour MAT we celebrate the differences between our schools and want them all to continue to improve. Exam results are important, but we go further, helping our students, staff and schools to thrive and to be remarkable. Our culture of working together means that we can achieve more collectively than we could alone, aiming to nurture a balance between autonomy and collaboration.

We are looking to appoint a Head Teacher to lead and build upon the success of Wilmington Primary School. You may be an experienced Deputy Head Teacher or Senior Leader in the Primary sector looking for the next step in your career or an experienced Head Teacher looking for a new challenge.

You may also be a headteacher looking to lead your school into a larger organisation and may wish to explore the possibility of executive leadership in the education sector.

Wilmington Primary School is a one form entry school with an excellent reputation in the local area. It joined Endeavour MAT in September 2022 as our pioneer primary school and has continued to thrive.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience as a senior leader in the primary sector.
  • Experience of delivering a high-quality education and improving outcomes for children.
  • Lead with ambition and integrity.

The successful candidate will join a friendly team and be supported by the Chief Executive Officer, a strong and well-resourced Central Team and the other headteachers in the trust.

Career with Endeavour MAT - what we can offer you:

As well as offering you a competitive salary with pay progression opportunities, you will also be working with a team of talented, engaged and motivated colleagues. Our common values of respect, integrity, determination, equality of opportunity and self-management help instil a strong work ethic among staff and students alike and our supportive culture provides what many of our existing staff describe as a ‘family feel’ within our Trust.
