In this vital role, you'll provide essential medical and personal care to our students, ensuring their well-being and enabling them to thrive in a safe and supportive environment. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to become a key part of our school community and to help our students reach their full potential.

Managing and maintaining pupils’ healthcare plans, ensuring training and documentation are always up to date.
Monitoring pupil wellbeing, observing and reporting any changes to senior staff.
Coordinating First Aid across the school, ensuring resources and records are maintained.
Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and external health professionals.
Providing pastoral care, reassurance, and support for pupils who are ill, upset, or injured.
Ensuring safe and inclusive participation in school trips, swimming lessons, clubs, and wider opportunities.
Contributing to safeguarding, behaviour, and inclusion policies to uphold the highest standards of care

Skilled at working as part of a team and building trust with families and professionals.
Confident in managing sensitive medical situations calmly and professionally.
Organised, proactive, and willing to undertake training to meet pupils’ medical needs.
Ideally holds a relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care), though full training will be provided.

Work-Life Balance role, with a term time only role you’ll benefit from the same school holiday schedule, giving you more time to focus on your well-being and enjoy a healthy work-life balance
Ongoing CPD and training tailored to your role and future career goals
