What skills and experience we're looking for
The Priory Ruskin Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Health (Adult Nursing) Occupational Expert to join our T-Level Health team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health expert to join our T Level Health delivery team at The Priory Ruskin Academy. We are looking for an expert instructor, who has a background in the NHS or Care industry, to support us to deliver our Adult Nursing specialism.We are flexible in terms of how this could look, and would either want the candidate to deliver one full day or 2 half days each week, due to timetable restrictions, these would have to be the same day each week. We would also be open to considering only 1 half day per week.
We are fully committed to providing excellence and innovation to industry and passionate about preparing our learners to fulfil their careers in adult nursing. The successful candidate will strengthen our provision by demonstrating their industry insight and technical skills so that students can apply their learning practically in our new Health Suite.
The successful candidate will:
- Plan and deliver practical lessons linking theory to application.
- Assess students work
- Support the wider curriculum and delivery of the Adult Nursing Specialism.
The successful candidate must be occupationally competent and hold or be willing to work towards a recognised assessor or teaching qualification.
