Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week, Term time plus one week holiday working

Herringham Primary Academy is part of the Gateway Learning Community [GLC] which is a partnership of one secondary academy and four primary academies located within Tilbury and Chadwell St Mary in the borough of Thurrock, to the east of London. In this role, you will play a vital part in our inclusion strategy, providing practical advice and modelled support to help children meet their emotional and academic targets. You will be the bridge between the academy, home, and external agencies to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.


We are looking for an individual who can offer expertise in supporting pupils who may not be achieving their full potential. You should be comfortable adjusting learning outcomes in real-time to respond to student needs and be committed to the statutory requirements of SEND and Safeguarding
