High Level Teaching Assistant 1:2:1 with ASD Child job summary
We are seeking an experienced High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work with a child with Autism as part of the Rainbow Centre Team. The Rainbow Centre is an ASD base on the Dedworth campus.
The successful candidate will:
• Be a qualified HLTA and have previous experience of working 1:1 with children with SEN.
• An understanding of inclusion and making the curriculum accessible to all learners.
• Good numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
• Be organised, patient and resilient.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and needs.
• Enjoy working as part of a team
