What skills and experience we're looking for
You will be required to:-
- Provide whole class teaching and learning support
- Teach whole class lessons on PPA timetable
- Plan & deliver focused intervention and booster sessions
Person Specification:
- Experienced & qualified HLTA – Higher Level Teaching Assistant (hold the qualification)
- Must have previously covered whole lessons
- Literacy & numeracy intervention experience needed
- At least GCSE grade C in English, Maths & Science
