Post Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Contract Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 week per year (Term time only)
Working Pattern: 8 am – 4 pm Monday to Thursday, 8 am – 3.30 pm Friday
Grade: Kent Range 6
Salary: £21,246 Actual Salary (£25,127 FTE)

Are you passionate about enabling children to maximise their potential in their academic, social and personal achievements? If so, join us at Manor Community Primary School where the development of the whole child is at its heart - we are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work within our inclusive and supportive team.
The HLTA role will be to work alongside our dedicated staff team to support children within school. Experience of working as an HLTA is an advantage, although training will be provided. You will be expected to take small groups within KS2 and be prepared to cover classes across the school.
Manor Community Primary School is looking to appoint someone who has the ability to inspire, motivate and challenge pupils through quality teaching and creative learning experiences. You should be prepared to contribute to planning and preparing classroom activities and be willing to contribute to the wider school community and participate in school events.
