Key Responsibilities
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Lead learning activities for individuals, groups, or whole classes under the guidance of teaching staff.
- Support high-quality teaching and the delivery of engaging lessons.
- Provide targeted interventions to help children progress academically and emotionally.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Assist with planning and assessment, contributing to pupil progress discussions.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
- Support the wider life of the school through clubs, events, and enrichment opportunities.
