Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to make a difference in a supportive educational environment? Oakfield Lodge School is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team and work with students to improve outcomes in Outdoor Education.
About Oakfield Lodge School:
We are a 60 place Pupil Referral Unit, located in a new purpose-built building in Crewe. Our school provides excellent facilities and educational provision to students who have been permanently excluded from mainstream schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with qualified teachers to support learning activities and improve pupil outcomes.
- Engage with students to develop positive learning behaviours and remove barriers to learning.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and deliver learning activities under supervision.
