What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will have:
Higher Level Teaching Assistant status or willingness to work towards.
Trainingand experiencein relevant learning strategies e.g. literacy/ Key Stage 1 or 2
Experience of leadingwhole-classteaching opportunities from EYFS to KS2
Experience of preparing and delivering resources (age and abilityappropriate)to engage with pupils and contribute to their learning objectives
Experience of developing and implementing Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Plans
Experience of working with pupils with different abilities, and adapting own approach and learning
Experience of delivering a strong universal teaching offer
