Our Vision & Values
At Belmore Primary School, we exist to change lives through education. We believe that when children experience bold learning and rich opportunities, they develop the confidence, resilience and aspiration that stays with them long after they leave primary school. Our values — being child-centred, building belonging, bringing joy, holding high aspirations and offering rich experiences — are not just words on a wall. They shape how we teach, how we learn and how every member of our team works together every day.
As an HLTA at Belmore, you are a direct partner in everything our vision stands for. When you deliver a lesson with energy and purpose, you bring joy to learning; when you notice a child struggling and adapt your approach, you are being truly child-centred. Your high expectations reflect our belief in limitless potential, and the independence you build in children day by day gives them the confidence to aspire and achieve. By building warm, consistent relationships with children and families, you strengthen the sense of belonging that makes Belmore a place where every child feels known, valued and ready to flourish.

Belmore is not only the highest performing in Hillingdon but has been recognised by the Mayor of London as one of the best Primaries in London and Belmore joined the ‘Schools for Success’ programme, putting us in the top 6% of Primary schools in the capital.
Belmore is rapidly becoming the school of choice. The standard of teaching is very high and children achieve at the very highest levels, far better than what they would achieve in any school locally.
