We are seeking an inspirational Higher Level Teaching Assistant with vision and high expectations for learning to work across our school, A degree of flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the children and the school. We are looking for someone who has, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and a strong commitment to teamwork are essential.

You will be required to:
- Teach and deliver lessons within the LARP/DSP.
- Work with students individually or in small groups.
- Provide support with specific learning needs, such as autism or moderate learning difficulties.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan lessons and implement interventions.
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents and carers.
