What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for keen and enthusiastic staff with positive mindset keen on making a difference for our SEND young people to help them prepare well for future adult life. You would need to be able to participate in all aspects of their holistic education and support them in physically active activities such as swimming and gym where they will need close support and active help and training. This is not a passive role, it is hands on and we must have people with a can do and will do outlook able to positively motivate the young people, the class and the greater community through enrichment and their commitment to the young person's best interests.

Good literacy and numeracy skills. Must have two references readily available under safer recruitment requirements in order to proceed to interview.
