What skills and experience we're looking for

About the role:

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is passionate about pupils’ learning, enjoys being with children, has a positive attitude, and can work as part of a friendly and dedicated team.

  • Do you relish working 1:1 with children with high need?
  • Do you have a flexible and cheerful outlook with a willingness to work as part of a team?
  • Are you a teacher who dreams of teaching without the need to plan or to have the responsibility of a class? Or an experienced LSA who is capable of more?
