Evendons was graded Outstanding in our March 2024 Ofsted inspection:

“Exceptionally high standards of behaviour are clearly evident. Right from Reception, pupils are taught that kindness matters. They show appreciation and respect for their teachers and each other. We are recruiting for an excellent HLTA who:

• will effectively teach maths, reading and writing to group of up to 20, year 5 children daily (planning will be provided);
• can contribute to the assessment of pupils, giving verbal or written feedback to the children following the Evendons Marking policy;
• will work collaboratively with the class teachers;
• is passionate about supporting the teaching and learning of young people;
• has the desire to ensure that all children secure the highest possible levels of progress and attainment;
• has the ability to work creatively and sensitively with children;
• is able to relate well to and communicate well with children and adults.

Salary: £20,538 to £24,397 per annum (BPET Support Scale 5-6, £27,098 to £32,189 FTE).

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm
