What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Be happy to support the Catholic ethos of our school
- Be confident to teach in a mixed EYFS/Year 1 class
- Have the knowledge to lead and support SEND children/interventions
- Be able to build strong and trusting relationships
- Have experience using a trauma informed approach and be committed to using this
- Be able to nurture and guide our children to reach their full potential
- Have experience observing, tracking and reviewing next steps
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Be dynamic, resilient and proactive
- Have a reflective and evaluative approach to their practice

Salary: Grade 19-22 £32,061 - £33,699 FTE
23.75 hours a week, 38.5 weeks a year
Contracts: Fixed-term contract: asap - August 2026
