What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

  • Be happy to support the Catholic ethos of our school
  • Be confident to teach in a mixed EYFS/Year 1 class
  • Have the knowledge to lead and support SEND children/interventions
  • Be able to build strong and trusting relationships
  • Have experience using a trauma informed approach and be committed to using this
  • Be able to nurture and guide our children to reach their full potential
  • Have experience observing, tracking and reviewing next steps
  • Have excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Be dynamic, resilient and proactive
  • Have a reflective and evaluative approach to their practice

Salary: Grade 19-22 £32,061 - £33,699 FTE
