Who are we looking for?
An enthusiastic individual who is deeply committed to supporting the learning and development of all children, with a strong belief in every child’s ability to succeed.
HLTA status or equivalent experience (Level 4 or above desirable)
Candidate will bring a positive, flexible attitude and be confident in supporting children with complex needs, including communication and sensory processing differences.
Relevant experience of working with children with SEND such as ASD, developmental delay and other SEND across the primary age range
Experience delivering targeted intervention programmes, particularly in communication, speech and language, Occupational Therapy or other programmes of support.
A team player who show initiative, builds strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues, and contributes positively to the wider school community.
A reflective practitioner who continually looks for ways to improve outcomes for learners.
An individual committed to ongoing professional development and who are eager to grow in their role through training and feedback.
Someone who upholds a high standard of professionalism and maintains confidentiality is crucial.
