What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a higher-level teaching assistant who shares our vision and passion for Inclusion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEND TA to further develop their career.

The successful candidate will:

  • be caring, enthusiastic and patient
  • have good communication, literacy and maths skills
  • self motivated and able to work flexibly
  • have the ability to work as part of a team
  • be able to support children with learning, social, medical and emotional needs in class, in small groups and on an individual basis
