We are seeking to appoint for an enthusiastic and inspirational HLTA to join a strong and supportive team of professionals. This role is primarily based in the Early Years Unit teaching and supporting learning from 3yrs – 5yrs, although the academy is from 3yrs to 11 yrs. The Foundation Stage Unit consists of 56 children both FS1 and FS2.
We have a relentless focus on developing the best teaching and learning opportunities possible, so that all children are provided with the best chances to develop and success.
What we would like is someone with the ability to motivate and inspire children, of all ages and abilities, to achieve their targets. A team player that provides challenge in an environment of support and a shared belief that every child will reach their potential.
