We are seeking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work within our Specialist Resourced Provision (SRP) at Bridgnorth Endowed School. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced and motivated teaching assistant to take a lead role in delivering high-quality, small-group lessons to pupils with cognition and learning and/or communication and interaction needs.

Working closely with the Resourced Provision Lead and SEND Teacher, you will plan and deliver bespoke, differentiated learning activities tailored to individual pupils’ Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) outcomes, supporting them to reach their full potential within a nurturing, specialist environment.

You will contribute to tracking progress, adapting learning to meet individual needs, and supporting pupils’ academic development, communication, independence, and wellbeing. You will also play a key role in promoting inclusion, including supporting pupils’ access to mainstream lessons where appropriate.

We are looking for someone with strong SEND experience and a genuine passion for inclusive education. The ability to build positive relationships, work collaboratively, and respond flexibly to pupils’ needs is essential.

Join a supportive team and make a lasting difference to the lives of young people.
