Dallow Primary School is a warm and welcoming school with 630 pupils on role and three classes in each year group. Overview of the job

This is an exciting opportunity for an HLTA to take on a unique role based in our Inclusion Hub. You will work alongside teachers and TA to help deliver an inclusive curriculum for our vulnerable pupils. You will lead on interventions, both academic and pastoral; planning, preparing and delivering them to small groups or individuals or supporting others to do so. You will work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to support target setting and the planning of provision to meet the needs of vulnerable pupils, such as, creating timetables of learning activities to meet the pupils' EHCP and IEP targets. You will be involved in the day to day running and organisation of the Hub, ensuring it meets the needs of the children accessing the space. You will support TA training, under the guidance of the SENCO. You will play a role in monitoring provision and assessing pupil progress and outcomes, in order to provide feedback to teachers and SENCO.
