Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) job summary

We are seeking a caring, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our committed staff team who have high aspirations both for themselves and our children, have a passion for learning, are proactive and dependable and have strong interpersonal skills and a positive outlook. Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 15:30 (6.5 hours a day)

38 working weeks plus additional inset days, paid as additional hours, as directed by the Headteacher

The successful candidate will need to :

• passionate about securing positive outcomes for children.

• highly motivated, organised, and flexible in the way you work to best meet children’s needs.

• an effective communicator, highly skilled in building positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and professionals.

• able to utilise planning and resourcing when covering a class.

• reliable, flexible, and willing to support the school in moving children’s learning on
