What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a HLTA to join our school community of collaborative and inclusive professionals. You will deliver sessions to cover teacher absence, PPA teacher release time and leadership release time. You should have a calm and empathic approach, be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for all teaching and learning activities and maintain confidentiality at all times. Training in or experience of RWI phonics and Talk for Writing would be advantageous.
