Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) including Wraparound Care Lead job summary

St Paul’s Church of England Combined School & Nursery are looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated HLTA including Wraparound Care Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. Working alongside our teaching staff, you will play an important role in supporting children’s learning, wellbeing and development, helping to raise achievement and enable every child to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will be confident working with children across the early years and primary age range and will be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families. Hours will be from 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday - Thursdays and from 10:00am to 5:00pm on Fridays. Half an hour unpaid lunch is included in these hours. The role will be term-time only plus ad hoc training days.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Term Time only (weeks per year): Term Time only (38weeks) plus ad hoc training days

Salary: £29,114-31,230 FTE (R3 point 16 - 20) to be negotiated subject to experience
