Ixworth Church of England Primary School is seeking an outstanding Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our warm, caring and dynamic team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, committed and motivated HLTA to join our successful, forward-thinking school community. As our school continues to grow, including welcoming an additional class from September, we are expanding our support team and are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children to thrive.

We are looking for someone who:
has experience of working with children across the primary age range
has experience of teaching whole classes and small groups
is flexible and can use their own initiative
can work independently and as part of a team
is willing to undertake a range of duties
is resilient, hardworking and self-motivated
manages change well and can support pupils in a variety of situations
has high expectations of children’s behaviour and achievement
has excellent English and mathematics skills
communicates well with teaching staff, pupils and families
has a good sense of humour!
