Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) job summary

Newsome Junior Academy is seeking to recruit a dynamic and confident professional to work within a supportive and friendly team.

Applicants should understand how children learn best and be committed to pursuing the highest possible outcomes for every child. Our children are excited by learning, and they thrive when taught by engaging and motivating professionals.

You will work as part of a team including teachers and other support staff to support the teaching and learning of pupils. To provide practical support for learning, educational activities, developing social skills, integration, and securing pupils Social Emotional Physical wellbeing.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
