What skills and experience we're looking for
An adaptable and confident practitioner who can teach and support learning across the primary age range, from EYFS to Year 6, and who holds the required HLTA qualification.
High expectations for every child, with a commitment to inclusive practice and the belief that all pupils, regardless of background or additional need, should be supported to achieve, participate and flourish.
Strong curriculum knowledge and a passion for learning, particularly in developing strong foundations in reading, writing and mathematics and helping children become confident, independent and resilient learners.
An excellent team player and communicator who can work effectively with teachers and teaching assistants, build positive relationships with parents and carers, and model Purley’s values of Love, Courage and Wisdom.
