Oasis Academy Parkwood is seeking a skilled and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team and support learning across all year groups. This is a brilliant opportunity to take on a varied, whole-school role where you’ll lead sessions, support teaching, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment for every student.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA or HLTA who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys variety in their day. You’ll work across the academy providing whole school PPA cover, leading learning for classes, small groups and individual students, while collaborating closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons, support student progress, and drive high standards of achievement. From leading full lessons to delivering targeted interventions, you’ll play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning and a positive classroom environment; delivering high quality lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, supporting planning, preparation and assessment, leading learning at whole class, small group and 1:1 level, providing clear feedback on progress and contributing to reports, and supporting student behaviour, engagement and wellbeing. You’ll also work closely with teachers, TAs and the wider staff team to help raise attainment and participation across the school.
