About the Role

Hunstanton Primary School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking team. This exciting role involves planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities to whole classes to cover PPA and short-term staff absences. When not covering classes, you will lead targeted interventions within our nurture provision to support small groups of pupils, helping them to reach their full potential.

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Proven experience working with children across the primary age in a school setting
  • Relevant higher-level teaching assistant qualification, or equivalent
  • Ability to plan, prepare, and deliver whole class learning activities confidently.
  • Experience of delivering targeted interventions to small groups of children
