  • HLTA qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working withchildren with a range of SEND needs.
  • Calm and patient with a good sense of humour.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
