- HLTA qualification or equivalent.
- Experience working withchildren with a range of SEND needs.
- Calm and patient with a good sense of humour.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role.
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
