Full Time Equivalent Salary: CLF Grade D (£31,954 - £34,860) based on full time, all year round.
Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only plus inset days
Hours: Part-time, 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Evergreen Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to join our supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in complementing teachers’ work by leading and delivering planned learning activities under appropriate supervision.
You will support pupils in accessing the curriculum, encouraging engagement, and helping them achieve their full potential. Using your experience, specialist knowledge, and proven strategies, you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to progress in their career, or for a current HLTA looking for a fresh challenge in a new setting.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a strong understanding of classroom roles and how teaching assistants effectively support learning.
- Can confidently engage pupils and manage behaviour in one-to-one and small group settings.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, including empathy and active listening.
- Is well-organised, with good planning skills for learning activities and support materials.
- Is committed to continued professional development, including working towards or holding relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, First Aid).
- Has a genuine passion for working with children and a strong commitment to inclusion and equality.

Evergreen Primary Academy is part of the Cabot Learning Federation (CLF).
