Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary

32.5 hours per week

We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and experienced HLTA. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in working with children with special educational needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), autism, ADHD, and other complex learning profiles.

The ideal candidate will hold a level 3 qualification, have substantial experience teaching or supporting learning, and demonstrate a deep understanding of inclusive education practices. You must have a proven track record of successfully leading or co-leading a learning environment.
