The Role: We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled HLTA to join our team of enthusiastic professionals. The successful candidate will guide and lead our team of TAs; provide leadership release time and short-term sickness absence cover as well as running intervention and booster groups. We will be looking to work with the successful candidate to create an individual role that meets the needs of the children and the school whilst making the most of their individual strengths and skills.

The Person: We are looking for the following experience and qualifications from the successful candidate:
• Hold a HLTA qualification or equivalent.
• Have experience of working as a HLTA in primary schools.
• Be a positive role model who inspires and motivates children.
