About our HLTA
The successful candidate will:
Be confident in working throughout the school from Reception to Year 6
• Have previous experience of supporting children with special educational needs and specifically children with an autism diagnosis
• Be totally committed to raising standards and overcoming barriers to learning for all children
• Be driven to ensure each child they work with makes accelerated progress
• Be able to develop the social, emotional skills and interactions of identified pupils
• Successfully work with children, developing positive relationships and providing appropriate support.
• Have a commitment to working as part of our hardworking team
About Oasis Academy Woodview
You’ll be joining an academy with great facilities and outdoor space, access to community hub and where every child has their own iPad. We're really proud of what we've achieved on our journey so far and some of the initiatives & facts we love include:
- Roots to fruit programme. These are our gardens created by students from an area previously rubble. Students have had great learning opportunities such as learning to grow crops.
