  • build strong relationships with children and families,
  • work confidently with professionals and external agencies,
  • support attendance, transition and family wellbeing,
  • and contribute positively to our whole-school culture.

We are looking for someone who is warm, resilient, highly organised and able to manage their own timetable while remaining flexible to the needs of the school.

In return, we offer:

  • a welcoming and supportive staff team,
  • strong leadership and clear systems,
  • opportunities for high-quality professional development,
  • and the chance to make a genuine difference to children and families every day.

If you are passionate about supporting children’s wellbeing and helping families feel confident, connected and supported by their school, we would be delighted to hear from you.
