Higher Level Teaching Assistant job summary
We are looking to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for Sharnford CE Primary School. This is an amazing opportunity to join our experienced and dedicated team. The HLTA role sits within our newly introduced IPAT SEND strategy. As such, the successful applicant will have expertise in one area of SEND, or be willing to work towards an expertise in one of: cognition and learning; social, emotional & mental health; communication & interaction, or sensory and physical difficulties. This post is for 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks annually at Grade 8. Attendance at INSET days is part of the commitment.
