We wish to appoint 2 outstanding Higher Level Teaching Assistants to be part of our SHIP starting on 14 April 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team setting up a new provision for SEND children.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of working with children with special needs
  • A positive and warm manner
  • A child-centered approach
  • A passion for helping children of all abilities to reach their full potential
  • Experience of working with a range of primary aged children
  • An understanding of how to support children with a range of individual needs and barriers to learning.
  • A strong sense of teamwork
  • A sense of humour
