Thames Ditton Junior School is a popular 3 form entry school located on the borders of south west London, with 360 pupils from Year 3 to Year 6.
The school also has learning and additional needs provision, supporting 16 pupils who have moderate learning needs and/or speech and language needs. The school has recently converted to academy status and joined Hinchley Wood School and Hinchley Wood Primary School in a multi academy trust – the Hinchley Wood Learning Partnership.
Our excellent academic results affirm the dedication and hard work of our children and staff, and the support of our parents and families; this success puts our children in prime positions in an increasingly competitive world.
We know, however, that learning is about more than this; we are determined to support our students in Thames Ditton - it is resilience and strength of character; the development of this in school, alongside a curiosity and zest for learning, and the embedding of growth mindsets that ensures our children can flourish, progressing confidently to the next stages of their academic, working or personal journeys. I
Our children are at the heart of all we do here. Our values are important to us. We all strive to develop these values: determination, honesty, respect, kindness, co-operation, responsibility and belonging in order that our children leave us equipped ready for their future.
