37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed HLTA to join our team. The successful candidate will join our pastoral support team and co-ordinate the school’s alternative to exclusion room (Pupil Support Provision) which is supervised daily by members of the senior leadership team.

The role includes planning and preparing specific learning activities and providing specialist support to pupils to those who access the provision, including those with SEN, in order to raise their attainment and achievement.

We are looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Has relevant training or experience of working with young people;
Has positive behaviour strategy knowledge and experience of helping children self-regulate emotions.
