• Job role:
  • HLTA (higher level teaching assistant)
• Visa sponsorship: Visas cannot be sponsored
• Working pattern: Full time: 32.5 hours per week // 39 weeks of the year including Inset days
• Contract type: Fixed term - 4 (with the potential to extend until the next academic year)
• Full-time equivalent salary: 30,060
• Pay scale: SCP17 to SCP23
• Hourly rate: 15.58

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Have relevant experience of working with children in a higher level teaching assistant role,
• Hold at least a level 3 qualification in childcare or teaching support,
• Demonstrate high expectations of individual achievement and behaviour,
• Be creative and enthusiastic,
• Have good organisational and interpersonal skills,
• Have flair, talent and initiative,
• Demonstrate a commitment to raising standards,
• Be able to work in close partnership with the whole school community.
