ur OFSTED rated ‘good’ school, is looking for a highly skilled HLTA to provide cover across KS1 and KS2, both planned and unplanned. The candidate would require to have knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculums and demonstrate a good understanding of the grammar and mathematics taught at these levels. Candidates will need to be flexible and adaptable to meet the ever-changing needs of the school.

We would like to hear from you if:

  • are able to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the ever changing school day
  • have GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English

Our curriculum is set up to explore learning through a hands-on approach that requires skilled professionals to have the ability to promote what is being seen as well as knowing the curriculum well enough to make connections with other areas of the curriculum at the same time; i.e. development of grammar through an investigation or the use of speech. This skilled role will enable a child to unlock their learning and become confident learners – a privileged position indeed.
