Higher Level Teaching Assistnt (HLTA) job summary

We are looking for a creative and dynamic HLTA, to cover PPA across both St Mary's Dunstable and St Vin cent's Houghton Regis, with a passion for children’s learning, who is willing to work across both school sites. We can offer you exciting and forward-thinking environments in which to develop your career. The schools are built on nurture principles that are embedded in quality appraisal and outstanding CPD. Part-time applicants will be considered.

The successful candidates will need to:

• be sympathetic towards the aims and ethos of our Catholic schools,
• challenge, motivate, inspire and support the children to achieve their best,
• have an approachable positive mind-set and be able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents and the wider community.

This role would be suitable for either an experienced or recently qualified HLTA. The post will be across both of our federated schools - St Mary's Catholic Primary in Dunstable or St Vincent's Catholic Primary in Houghton Regis.
