You will be able to teach throughout the age and ability range but most importantly, you will be committed to excellence for your students, your colleagues, yourself and John Colet School.

  • The Humanities Department includes teachers of history, geography, RE, politics and sociology.
  • Humanities subjects are very popular with students over our three year GCSE programme and we offer history, geography, politics and sociology at A Level.
  • The department organises many trips, visits and events including overseas trips to Iceland and Germany.
  • Full-time teachers have their own, well equipped classroom including access to Chromebooks, though students bring their own devices.
  • We are looking for someone to work with the team to maintain and improve the high standards achieved by our students.
