Teacher of History MPS Required to start 1st September 2020 Do you want to work at a school making strides forward looking to appoint teachers who can inspire, motivate and lead improvement? A school that has recently moved from requires improvement to GOOD and looking beyond! Governors wish to appoint teacher into our strong and expanding Humanities team. ‘Support for newly and recently qualified teachers is good. These teachers said that they valued highly the support they received and the developmental activities in which they are involved. Recently qualified teachers who were initially trained in the school have returned to a post here because, they said, they believe strongly in the school’s ethos and that they feel able to ‘make a real difference’ to pupils’ Ofsted March ‘18 We are looking for a teacher with: • a real desire to make a difference to students outcomes • the desire to learn and be a high functioning practitioner • the drive to work in a high functioning team This is a very exciting opportunity where you can continue to make a difference within a well-established team. Continuing to raise the attainment and progress in history is a part of our whole school improvement. Humanities is improving and we are looking to a practioners with drive to support this.
