What skills and experience we're looking for
To be considered for the role you will need to have the following skills/experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant
- Maths and English to GCSE level 4 or above (or equivalent)
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the working environment
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or similar.
The hours of work are 20 per week, days and times to be determined. This role is for 39 weeks of the year. (Term time plus inset days).

We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work across Key Stage 1 and 2. Working in collaboration with the class teacher, you will be responsible for leading teaching and learning within the classroom as PPA cover.
