Are you ready to inspire young minds and make a real difference in a thriving school community? Ravensthorpe CE (VC) Junior School is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated HLTA to join our vibrant team.

We are a four-form entry school at the heart of an ethnically and religiously diverse community and we are incredibly proud of what our pupils achieve during their time with us as shown in our excellent SATs results. In our most recent Ofsted inspection (February 2023), we were graded Good, with inspectors noting: 'Pupils are safe and happy at this friendly, welcoming school. Their conduct is exemplary in lessons and around school.'

As a highly inclusive church school, spirituality underpins everything we do – our values, our culture, and our commitment to nurturing every child and staff member to reach their full potential. The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to employ two inspiring HLTAs who will work across all year groups in KS2, providing targeted support for small groups of children and delivering PPA and cover relief across the school. You will need a strong knowledge and understanding of the KS2 curriculum, along with the passion and drive to help every child succeed.
