What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who:
- Is qualified as a HLTA
- Positive and motivational at all times
- Able to remain calm in all situations
- Able to respond sensitively to individual’s needs
- Able to demonstrate an excellent work ethic including timekeeping, attendance and commitment
- Able to foster good relationships with others
- Able to use own initiative and work as part of a team
- Able to work closely with teachers in delivering work to individuals /small groups and report back to teachers on progress at the end of each day and pupil achievement.

All Saints Church of England Primary School is a very successful School located at the heart of the diverse community of Chatham, Kent. The main school has 315 children on roll from Reception to Year 6 and the nursery has a capacity for 60 more.
The last Ofsted inspection graded the school “good” with outstanding features and our last Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS) concurred by grading the school as ‘good’ as well.
Together with three other local Church Schools, we formed Medway Anglican Schools Trust.
We are a Teachfirst Flagship school and pride ourselves on supporting teachers who are early in their careers.
