Interventions and HLTA

Adelaide Heath wish to appoint a dynamic, innovative, self-motivated and enthusiastic HLTA to join the team of Adelaide Heath Academy, Knutsford.

Adelaide Heath Academy is a mixed special school for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health, aged 8-16. We are looking for a passionate person to continue to maintain the high-quality provision offered by the school.

The successful candidate will work alongside the school SENCO and SLT to plan and deliver interventions both academic as well as social and emotional interventions. Students are able to join our school at any stage of their education and the successful candidate will support students with their transition into school.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic and flexible and have the experience and ability to motivate pupils to achieve their maximum potential. There will be occasions when staff will be required to transport pupils and visit pupil’s homes, therefore the candidate should have their own vehicle with business insurance, for which they will be paid occasional car user mileage.
